2. No Refund Policy (Primary Clause)
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Biz Automate Pro are non-refundable once:
- Services have been activated
- Work has commenced
- Accounts, APIs, or software access has been provided
This includes (but is not limited to): WhatsApp Official API setup, CRM Software subscriptions, AI Chatbot & Automation setup, RCS Messaging & Bulk Communication services, Digital Marketing campaigns, and Website & E-commerce development.
3. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Payment made but service not started within the committed timeline
- Technical failure from our side where service cannot be delivered
Note: Any approved refund will be processed after internal review.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit a written request via email to: bizautomatepro@gmail.com
- Include payment details and reason for refund
- Submit request within 3 days of payment
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount will be credited via the original payment method
6. Subscription Services
- Subscription fees (monthly/yearly) are non-refundable
- Services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused time
7. Third-Party Services
Biz Automate Pro integrates with third-party platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google Ads, and payment gateways. Refunds for such services are subject to the respective platform's policies. We are not responsible for third-party charges.
8. Project-Based Work
For services like Website Development and Custom Automation Setup, no refunds will be provided once the project has started or design/development work has been initiated.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of services and permanent account termination.
10. Policy Updates
Biz Automate Pro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
